Description

This beautiful handmade sterling silver hydrangea necklace has been created by imprinting a hand pressed and dried natural hydrangea flower into sheet silver. The natural flower has been captured perfectly in the silver, and as the process I use then destroys the flower used, each piece is completely unique too! The flowers’ texture has been highlighted with a natural silver blackening solution, and I’ve hand sawn the shape of the flower to show off it’s gorgeous shape. All edges have been smoothed, and the edges of the flower have been curved by hand to replicate a natural look. Set with a 3mm faceted amethyst in the centre of the flower. Shown in photos on an 18″ chain. The perfect addition to your wardrobe for anytime of year. Nature captured perfectly in silver.

This necklace is made to order from British .925 Sterling Silver using traditional silversmithing techniques. This beautiful hydrangea pendant features a soldered jump ring attached for the chain- keeping your jewellery perfectly safe when worn. The Hydrangea itself is approx 25mm wide by 25mm tall. This natural flower necklace would make a lovely gift for nature lovers, birthdays, anniversaries, and just because we all deserve a treat sometimes.

Each piece is made by hand, so there will be slight variations between each piece. This makes each item truly unique to you!

This Sterling Silver item comes packaged in a recyclable gift box, finished with a purple ribbon.

Jewellery Care:
To extend the life of your jewellery items, please remove your jewellery before showering/bathing and swimming. Avoid contact with water, allow perfumes and body lotions to dry before putting your jewellery on, and avoid catching your item where possible. Sterling Silver will tarnish naturally when it isn’t worn, but can be bought back to a lovely shine with a soft cloth, or silver cloth. Please don’t use a silver cloth or polish on gold vermeil items.
